Bavarian Surgical Team Mistakes Leg for Anus

This past week a German woman went in to a clinic in Hotchfranken, Bavaria to have surgery on her leg. However, she revived to find that the doctor's had mixed her up with another patient. Of all the patients to get mixed up with, this very hapless retiree had been mixed up with a patient that had come in for surgery to relieve incontinence.
Sooo... she came out with a new anus. The woman is making plans to sue the clinic, while she searches for another hospital to fix her leg. The surgical team responsible for the mix up has been suspended.
Now, this got me to wondering, as I often make the mistake of doing, and I looked up other surgical mishaps because it seems ludicrous to me that doctor's can make such wildly inconceivable mistakes at the operating table. And now, thanks to my unquenchable curiosity, I will never let doctor's near me ever.
According to one doctor, "We see these cases all the time," and, "It was human error. It happens."
Oh, human error? I guess that's alright then. We can all rest easy now. If I ever need surgery, I'll just put duct tape across my ass that states 'Wrong Way, No Entry' to serve as a little reminder incase you get a little to humanely erroneous on me.
